Medical

We offer a wide choice of individual and group medical plans designed to deliver the benefits and coverage you want at a competitive price. From a high-deductible health plan designed to be compatible with federal savings accounts to traditional HMO, Point-of-Service and PPO plans, we can customize a benefit plan that's tailored to your needs.

Limited Medical Plan

Major medical insurance plans with large deductibles and catastrophic coverage are not for everyone, nor can every employee afford this option. A limited medical plan offers quality medical insurance at a fraction of the cost of comprehensive health plans. Limited Medical Plans provide a mainstream insurance solution for those employees with tight budgets where affordability and first dollar coverage is critical.

Dental

Stand-alone or with medical, voluntary or employer sponsored, our portfolio of PPO and indemnity plans gives you the choice and flexibility to design a dental plan that's right for you.

Vision

In partnership with Vision Service Plan (VSP), our plans provide substantial coverage for exams, glasses, and contact lenses every 12 or 24 months. Our affiliation with VSP gives participants access to the industry's largest provider network.

Life Insurance

Group life insurance is a common workplace benefit. We offer several life insurance coverage's that offer protection for preserving estates and covering death benefit expenses.

Short and Long Term Disability
